Elizabeth and Nick’s cozy Christmas tree farm engagement session was an absolute dream. As I watched their love story come to life as we walked through rows of fir trees, it felt like they walked out of a romantic Hallmark Christmas movie!
Christmas Tree Farm Engagement
Their session took place on December 9th —a meaningful date for them, as it was also the day their wedding took place! I love that they chose their engagement session date to share their wedding date. On top of that, the Christmas tree farm was the perfect backdrop, as it perfectly tied into their Christmas-themed wedding. Both Elizabeth and Nick love the Christmas season and this beautiful location helped to create a magical atmosphere.
Elizabeth and Nick brought a couple different looks that complemented each other and the natural beauty wonderfully. They chose casual dress up looks, featuring cozy textures and winter tones that complemented the lush greens of the tree farm. Later, they sported a playful winter vibe, complete with beanies and lots of laughter. Their chemistry was undeniable, and it was such a joy to watch them interact—effortlessly sweet, always making each other smile.
The Christmas tree farm, with its rustic charm and festive feel, provided the perfect setting for their love story to unfold. The rows of evergreens, the crisp winter air, and the way they held each other so naturally—it all came together to create timeless images that reflect the warmth of their relationship and the holiday season.
Elizabeth and Nick’s Love Story
The couple met while getting late night food at Grilled Cheese at the Melt Factory in Morristown, NJ. The couple dated long distance for the first year of their relationship. However, one day before Nick left Elizabeth’s apartment, she told him “You are the one I’ve been looking for” and she knew then he was the one for her.

The couple shared with me their proposal story as well as what they love most about each other. Their answers are so sweet!
When Nick asked what type of ring Elizabeth liked, she knew he was thinking about proposing, but the actual proposal still caught her off guard! When ring shopping with her sister, she “absolutely fell in love with the classic round diamond. Nick proposed the following July with the PERFECT ring.”

“Nick proposed to me in Long Beach Island at the lighthouse with family and friends! He did a great job playing cool the whole morning – I was completely shocked.”
The One Thing They Love Most About Each Other
“We never get sick of each other. Both of our love languages are quality time. We look forward to spending time through dinner dates, movie nights, trips etc.”
