Maple Shade NJ Photographer | Yari + Ricardo

Last week I documented Yari and Ricardo’s beautiful wedding. I have known Yari for several years and was honored when she contacted me to be her wedding photographer. It was fun learning about the couple especially during their engagement session last fall. It has also been exciting hearing about their preparation and planning for their romantic wedding.

Wedding Day

This summer has been so rainy…especially on the weekends. Can you imagine our joy when the weather for Yari and Ricardo’s wedding was perfect! And there was no rain. Yari shared with me that she prayed for great weather and ,my friends, August 25th was definitely an answered prayer!

The wedding ceremony took place in our home church in Camden, New Jersey. The bride and groom’s first look and portraits were at the Cooper Library in Johnson’s park. This was the perfect backdrop to showcase and celebrate their special day. Johnson’s park is a beautiful combination of greenery and classic architecture which added to the romantic atmosphere. The day continued with the reception at Cafe Fontana in Maple Shade, New Jersey. The reception was beautifully decorated with royal blue, light blue, white and silver. The crowd felt like family. There was such a genuine love and care from all who attended the wedding. It was so heartwarming documenting all the hugs and well wishes from their friends and family.

Congratulations Yari and Ricardo! I am so happy for you. May your marriage always be blessed with lots of love, health, and adventure! I am so excited to share with you highlights of your special day. Enjoy and cherish!
